Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blue Grub Farms purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, email us at grubbear@bluegrubfarm.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error on your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at grubbear@bluegrubfarm.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Made-to-Order and 3D Printed Products

Many of our products — including the BSFL Bin Kit, the BSFL Coop, and Clippie — are made to order in our Aurora, Colorado workshop. Because these are produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or assembled.

Live Organisms

Orders containing live Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL) are considered perishable and are not eligible for return. If your live organisms arrive in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll work with you on a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

We package live organisms carefully and offer live arrival guarantees on qualifying shipments — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Live or perishable items
• Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items without original packaging that show signs of use
